Peter Sproul received his law degree from Golden Gate University School of Law in 1982. He obtained an MBA
in Taxation from Golden Gate University in 1984. Mr. Sproul has actively advised clients on issues relating to estate
planning, tax, business, real estate and asset protection planning for over 25 years. Mr. Sproul has extensive experience
and expertise as a trial attorney in probate and trust litigation, and has tried cases in courts throughout
California, including Alameda, Contra Costa, Solano, San Joaquin, Sacramento, Mendocino and Los Angeles Counties.

John Mullen received his law degree from San Francisco School of Law in 1979. Nearly three decades of experience and
thousands of estate plans have made Mr. Mullen one of the area's experts on the issues concerned in estate planning. His expertise,
and his ability to communicate that experience, have made him a popular guest on KGO, KCBS, KQED and other radio talk shows. Mr.
Mullen has instructed classes at UC Berkeley Extension and
regional Adult Education in estate planning.
