- trust administration-- hourly rates ($300 attorney; $140 paralegal)
- probate, trust & other litigation-- hourly rates; possibly contingency fee

- estate planning-- fixed fee
- business entity formation-- fixed fee
Fixed fees (usual ranges) as of December 2008:
- estate plan with trust, will(s) & powers of attorney-- single person: $1,300 - 1,700; couple: $1,700-2,000; estate
plan with will & powers of attorney-- single person: $650-$950; couple: $950-1,200
- corporation (Articles, Bylaws & First Meeting minutes)-- $1,700-1,900
- LLCs (Articles & Operating Agreement): $1,900-2,500)
